Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you submit a form, request a revenue projection, schedule a call, email, call, or text us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, property details (such as bedroom count and permit status), and anything else you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs — through server logs and Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand how visitors use the Site; you can opt out using Google’s browser opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.

Cookies. The Site uses only essential and analytics cookies. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.

We use information to respond to your inquiry and provide revenue projections, proposals, and services you request; to communicate with you by email, phone, or—with your consent—text message; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

If you check the SMS consent box on our forms or otherwise agree to receive texts, we may send you text messages about your inquiry and our services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, including our CRM and communications platform, Calendly, website hosting and infrastructure providers, and Google Analytics. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@equiptstay.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

California residents: California law provides certain rights regarding personal information. Although Equipped Stay LLC is a small business that may not be subject to the CCPA/CPRA, we honor reasonable access and deletion requests from all visitors as described above.

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no common standard for interpreting these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
